BoilerControl EnergyTracker

EnergyTracker determines the volume, the mass and calorific value of fuel fed into the boiler in real time. No belt scale is required, the volume / mass flow is determined with number of pusher movings or the speed of the feeding screwconveyor.

The supplied primary energy and the amount of CO₂ emissions are calculated from the mass flow, based on the measured values of the BoilerControl.

The generated data is saved as hourly and daily values and can be exported as a csv for further processing or as a PDF for submission to authorities.
