CureKT

CureKT’s sensors are installed directly after the press and determine the degree of curing on the still warm board, to the second. The visualisation can either be batch/per board or as a continuous monitoring. Immediate reaction to incorrect pressing is possible by manual interaction or via an integration with the press control system.

All values are automatically saved with a time stamp. Using the time stamp, defects in downstream production can be easily traced back to the short cycle press batch. Decreasing the press time to the minimum necessary. Increase of the production volume while increasing quality.
