ReceivingOPT BA-T 2.0 - The stand alone system for reception management of thermal biomass

ReceivingOPT BA-T 2.0 is the latest generation of APOS‘ ReceivingOPT BA-T product line.  The entire APOS technology, even further developed and improved, combined in a stand system. The system is best suited for sample analysis during the material reception in thermal utilisation of wood. A big and representative sample of approximately 8 litres can be analysed in approximately 3 minutes. The system excels in intuitive operation and its robust design for tough, daily usage.

ReceivingOPT BA-T 2.0 is the ideal solution, when there is no dumping site/bunker available for a fixed installation. Practically every time when material is unloaded at different locations on the storage yard. This allows the system to be used directly in the office of the employee responsible for material reception. BA-T 2.0 relies on the proven measurement hardware that is used in all APOS systems.

What is new in ReceivingOPT BA-T 2.0:

  • Sample container made of steel and nearly indestructible.
  • Simplified and faster opening/closing of the container.
  • New, even more sturdy motor with a vastly improved lifetime.
  • Larger measurement window of the sensor for better material detection.
  • More measurement values in the same time utilising improved software.
  • Improved measurement quality!

All data can additionally be exported as an Excel file or to a third party system using the data interface. An integration into pre-existing weighing software is possible, in order to import the values into the BA-T system to complete the entry in the incoming goods log. Optionally, the system can periodically send these entries to a predefined email distribution list.

APOS has designed these systems for quality assurance and incoming goods control. Further applications are at the discretion of the customer.
